Practice surya namaskar B and ujjayi every day. Pay particular attention to breathing synchronized movement and the feeling/sensations in the body, particularly grounding, in the sun salute. Pay particular attention to your metabolic rate and body temperature when practicing ujjayi. Journal about your experience at the end of the week.
