Assignments

The learning process in yoga is said to be sourced as follows: 25% from your teacher, 25% from your own practice, 25% from sacred texts, and 25% from time. Therefore, use a variety of sources and methods to complete the asana sheet. You will not find everything on the internet or in a book. Use your experience in class, your own practice, and self-reflection as sources for this work.

Do as much as you can before class. Come prepared to ask questions regarding your preliminary study of the pose. Complete any missing or incomplete information after class. Do your best to keep pace with the lesson plans. Submit homework by email to verify completion. Ask for any feedback on homework in class.

Submit your homework by email for each lesson with all four components included. Please do not send separate components or incomplete lessons.

  1. Asana Sheets
  2. Sequencing
  3. Study Guide Questions
  4. Journaling

Complete the study guide questions for each asana by following the link from the pose.
